We are happy to help clients to select colours and paints – we prefer to use quality materials and paint to ensure the best finish, including Farrow & Ball, Dulux Trade, Sanderson, Little Greene, Earthborn and Laura Ashley.

Rebecca Jones launched Henley Decorators in 2011, after 15 years’ working on property renovation projects in and around London.
With an arts degree and experience working in national, international and small business environments, Rebecca has an eye for the detail and believes passionately in providing the very best customer experience: efficient, intelligent, a minimal presence and top-notch work.
Team spirit is very much at the heart of Henley Decorators. The crew meets monthly for coaching, updates and breakfast. On a day-to-day level the more experienced members of the team teach the newer ones our in-house methods and all-essential customer service.
Courses are arranged for the advancement of individuals and to improve the safety of the workforce. All work is checked to meet (and exceed where possible) client expectations.
The Henley Decorator ethos, i.e. excellent painting and a conscientious crew, seems to have struck a chord with local residents and businesses. Our reputation has spread by word of mouth and as a result we have doubled in size in the past year.
We are now helping to sustain 14 households; all employees are on the payroll and receive paid holiday, overtime and will be enrolled into pension schemes come 2017. This means the crews feels valued and are happy at work – and that makes our clients happy too.
